1994
Chad and Courtney Lottman became first-generation processors when they bought the only grocery store in Chad's hometown of Diller
1996
A slaughter floor was added and the back of the store was utilized to become a custom exempt plant.
2001
C & C Processing doubled its size and became a USDA inspected plant
2003
The store was remodeled to include more space for specialty meats, as well as to accommodate a booming deer processing business.
2004
They expanded again, adding a processing area and a sausage-making area with a smokehouse.
2012
Expanded from a single 2 truck oven to adding 2-3 truck ovens for 8 truck cooking capacity. This expansion added 20' width to the north side of the building which required the city to abandon 20' of city side street right of way
2013
Gained a national brand customer, making meat based protein bars
After continued growth, Landmark Snacks was built in nearby Beatrice to allow the expansion of their co-packing business
December 2015
Acquired building and began removing concrete floor to allow for installation of floor drains and sloped floor
January 2016
Began remodeling the already standing 57,000 sq ft building
2018
Added 3 more 6 truck ovens
2019
Added 3 more 6 truck ovens
(total: 9 - 6 truck and 1 - 2 truck)
April 2016
Operational with 30-40 employees, began with 3-6 truck ovens and 1 - 2 truck oven
January 2021
Built a 27,000 sq ft warehouse addition
June 2021
Remodeled and added 5 additional 6 truck ovens, bringing new total to 14 - 6 truck ovens and 1 -2 truck oven
Today
Landmark Snacks now employs 200+ team members and operates 7 days a week
